SLC provides legal assistance to public and private companies operating in various regulated markets, addressing issues specific to these sectors.

In particular, in the electronic communications market, SLC deals with legal issues before administrative and civil courts, particularly with regard to network access, participation in spectrum auctions, and tariff issues.

SLC also represents and advises operators in regulated markets (electronic communications and transport) before the respective sectoral Authorities.
