ARBITRATION AND LITIGATION

SLC provides legal advisory and assistance services to corporate clients, offering support both in the pre-litigation phase and in the definition of appropriate procedural and litigation strategies.

SLC is active in arbitration proceedings, with its members serving either as arbitrators or as counsel before the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and the ICC - International Chamber of Commerce (Paris and London).
