SLC also provides assistance in proceedings before the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF) and the Financial Disputes Ombudsman (ACF), drafting defense briefs and defining the overall litigation strategy.
In the area of corporate crises, SLC assists intermediaries and financial operators in the application of the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code, in the management of exposures to distressed companies, and in crisis and insolvency resolution procedures.
