SLC also provides assistance in proceedings before the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF) and the Financial Disputes Ombudsman (ACF), handling the drafting of defensive submissions and the overall definition of litigation strategy.
In the area of corporate distress, SLC supports intermediaries and financial operators in the application of the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code, in the management of exposures to distressed companies, and in crisis resolution and insolvency proceedings.
