Fausto Sinagra

Fausto Sinagra graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University of Palermo and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1991.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Torre SGR S.p.A. and ARX Asset Management.

Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager, at leading financial institutions and real estate companies. These include Torre SGR S.p.A., ARX Asset Management, Fondazione CariVerona, UniCredit Real Estate S.p.A., Cordusio Immobiliare S.p.A., UniCredit Banca S.p.A., Credito Italiano Banca S.p.A., and CariVerona Banca S.p.A.

He has also served as Vice Chairman of the boards of several companies and organizations, including Fondazione Domus and UniCredit Produzioni Accentrate S.p.A., and as a member of the Investment Committee of the Mediolanum Property Fund, managed by Mediolanum Gestioni Fondi SGR S.p.A.

He has authored several publications on private law and tax law. His articles have appeared in Le Nuove Leggi Civili Commentate, Economia e Credito, and Rivista Italiana di Ragioneria ed Economia Aziendale.

In collaboration with the Institute of Tax Law at the University of Parma’s School of Law, he also co-authored, with Professor Mario Trimeloni, the Code of Laws on Tax Collection, published by the University of Parma.
